Amy Acevedo grew up in the Decatur/Hartselle, AL area and graduated from Auburn with a Bachelor’s in Accounting in 2005. She move around, living in Atlanta, Huntsville, and Louisville, before moving to Los Angeles in 2010. Amy worked in accounting and software training before moving to LA and getting involved in IT sales. Amy now works for All Covered IT Solutions as a Strategic Account Manager for the Western Region.
While attending Auburn, Amy was involved in Zeta Tau Alpha sorority (served as Activities Chair), Soccer Sweethearts, Lacrosse Hostesses, and Delta Sigma Pi fraternity. Amy’s favorite Auburn memory was attending her very first Auburn football game. She grew up a huge sports fan but was loyal to a different school (a Big 10 powerhouse we will not name) until she attended that first Auburn game versus Ball State in the Fall of 2001. From the moment she watched the eagle fly overhead, Amy was hooked. The power of the Auburn Family became one of the most cherished parts of her experience.
Besides being an avid Auburn fan, Amy spends her time cheering on the LAFC soccer team and the LA Dodgers with her husband Adrian and her daugher Malia. She enjoys cooking healthy food, playing outside with Malia, and traveling up the Central Coast.
At AU, Amy is a contributing member of the Auburn Alumni Association.
